Shipping policy

Buché provvederà a recapitare i prodotti ordinati così come indicato nella e-mail di riepilogo dell'ordine. Il Cliente potrà sempre visualizzare lo stato dell'ordine attraverso il numero di tracking fornito nella e-mail di conferma della spedizione inviata una volta che il pacco sarà stato spedito.
Per i prodotti in stock, la consegna al corriere UPS avverrà entro un massimo di 3 giorni lavorativi dalla conferma dell’ordine. Nel caso in cui Buché non sia in grado di effettuare la spedizione entro detto termine, ne verrà dato tempestivo avviso tramite e-mail al Cliente.
Per i prodotti personalizzati, che prevedono apposito preordine o apposita incisione, la spedizione avverrà al momento della ultimazione del bene così come ordinato dal Cliente. La produzione dei prodotti preordinabili e personalizzati con incisione richiede 25 giorni lavorativi; il Cliente, acquistando il prodotto, accetta i tempi di lavorazione ivi indicati.
Le tempistiche della spedizione UPS Standard verso l'Italia sono circa 2-3 giorni lavorativi.
Le tempistiche della spedizione internazionale UPS Standard sono circa 8-9 giorni lavorativi. I tempi delle spedizioni internazionali possono variare secondo la procedura di sdoganamento di ogni singolo Paese.
Il costo della spedizione verso l'Italia è di € 10, mentre il costo della spedizione internazionale è di € 25 per l'Unione Europea, € 30 per la Svizzera e il Regno Unito, € 45 per gli Stati Uniti.
Gli eventuali dazi doganali o imposte aggiuntive sono interamente a carico del Cliente laddove applicati dal Paese di destinazione del bene, così come la procedura per richiedere lo sdoganamento del bene.
Per ragioni di sicurezza e per esigenze della tipologia di vettore, non verranno elaborati ordini per il quale sia fornito come indirizzo di consegna una casella postale o un fermoposta.

The Seller will deliver the selected and ordered products as indicated in the order confirmation e-mail. The Purchaser will always be able to track the order status through the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail sent by the Seller once the parcel has been shipped.
For products in stock, the delivery to the courier will take place within a maximum of 3 working days from the order confirmation. In the event that the Seller is not able to make the shipment within this term, the Purchaser will be promptly notified by e-mail.
For bespoke products which require special manufacturing for the pre-order or special engraving, the shipping will take place at the time of completion as requested by the Purchaser. The time required for the production of the the pre-ordered or engraved products is 25 working days: by purchasing the product, the Purchaser accepts the processing times indicated therein.
The UPS Standard delivery time to Italy is approximately 2-3 working days.
The UPS International Standard delivery time to other countries is approximately 8-9 working days. International shipping delivery time may be different according to the customs clearance procedure of each individual country.
The cost of shipping to Italy is € 10 and the cost of international shipping is € 25 to the European Union, € 30 to Switzerland and United Kingdom, € 45 to United States of America.
Any customs duties or additional taxes are to be paid entirely by the Purchaser when applied by the country of destination of the good, as it is the procedure for requesting the customs clearance of the latter.
For security reasons and for the need of specification of the type of carrier, no orders will be processed for which a P.O. Box or poste restante is provided as a delivery address.
